We have recently secured scaffolding works for a new regeneration scheme. The space is currently being refurbished as part of the first phase of regeneration plans at 1-2 Stephen Street (formerly known as Central Cross).
We will be supplying general scaffolding access for the first phase of the project, which is located at the southern end of Tottenham Court Road. 1-2 Stephen Street is undergoing a phased refurbishment by architects ORMS.
This phase, totalling 23,000 sq ft, involves the remodelling and extension of the main office entrance with delivery due in the second half of 2013, and already has two-thirds pre-let. Phase two consists of a further 63,000 sq ft, and both will see completion by mid-2013.
