Brogan Group has successfully tendered for the access requirements for the Arthouse, located in Zone J Kings Cross.
The building is part of a £42 million private residential scheme and comprises construction of 143 apartments in three interlinking blocks with commecial units at ground level.
Our remit includes the supply, erection and dismantle of scaffolding for associated access works as well as two twin 2tn hoists. We are pleased to be working on such a prestigious city development, and be able to add to our existing portfolio of residential developments withing the Kings Cross area including zones R4 and R5.
