Brogan Group have been successful in securing a combined scaffolding and hoist access package on a luxury residential development overlooking Buckingham Palace’s 42 – acre gardens.
Along with full perimeter scaffolding, goods hoists have also been erected on site to aid in the complete re-render and restoration of the historic 1861 building.
The unique building encompasses a total of 5 distinct architectural facades, all of which will be protected and retained. The Grade II listed building comprises of 72 luxurious apartments ranging from 1 to 5 bedrooms.
