One Central is a large unified real estate development and major part of Dubai's Central Business District. It incorporates hospitality, residential accommodation, entertainment facilities and commercial space, whilst meeting high standards of environmental sustainability.
The latest phase of the One Central development involves the construction of two Grade A office towers of 8 and 12 storeys, respectively. Brogan Group's function during this work is the erection and dismantlement of independent, as well as hanging access scaffold platforms for external facade works on both new office buildings. We are also providing internal access platforms for mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works.
