Brogan Group has been awarded the access package for 4 Pancras Square
The scheme will see approximately 170, 000 sq. ft. over 10 floors of grade ‘A’ office space, with retail units at street level. The office will be located on the new Pancras Square and Goods way, and is part of a 2 million sq. ft. cluster of nine new buildings south of Regents Canal.
The project is due to be completed by April 2017
