We have recently secured access works for the redevelopment of Clifton House on London's Euston Road. The project will see the existing office building converted into a 260 bed Premier Inn hotel.
Our remit includes the provision of loading platforms which will attach to the face of the multi-storey structure to allow materials and equipment to be directely laoded or unloaded from the different floor levels for vairous trades.
The £18m project are due for completion in September 2013.
