Brogan Group have won access provision on the newest phase of a large Barking development.
The 92m tall Mixed use commercial and residential block will see Brogan Twin and single hoists service 18, 24 and 30-storey elevations.
The £350m riverside urban village project, with Brogan Group involvement since 2021, is 2,070 sqm of commercial and leisure space, including restaurants, shops, cafés, a gym and a community hub.
