Work has progressed at Rolls House in recent months with the main perimeter independent scaffold well underway and access support has been provided for a BIG-E hoist, which has been erected by BIG-E to deliver blocks into the basement.
Once complete the new eleven-storey Rolls Building in Fetter Lane will provide new office accommodation to replace the existing Rolls House, Arnold House and No 8 Bream Buildings for development manager Delancey Estates.
The project is due for completion in October 2009.
