Brogan Group will be providing combined access on a mixed-use development above a Surrey Station requiring remediation works.
A combined Scaffolding, Mast Climber and Cradle design will enable Façade contractors to carry out work on the live shop, hotel and inhabited residential development.
A protection gantry will surround the site on the first floor with 9 Brogan Mast Climbers operating up to 22m on the south elevation, to minimise disruption to the residents in the 100+ apartment.
Due to limited space on the rail-side a design with 7 Cradles will be deployed 15m from the roof, ranging from 5-8m in length.
