Brogan Group have secured a combined access package on a commercial development in Mayfair, London.
Brogan internal and external scaffolding will be supplied alongside a passenger goods hoist servicing the building from a steel gantry. In the basement, a goods only hoist will also be found transporting materials throughout the construction phase.
The development will increase office and retail space by up to 85% and provide 3,000 sq. ft of retail space and 30,000 sq. ft of office space and is targeted to achieve BREAAM Outstanding.
