Brogan Group have secured the hoist package on a new Residential development in Gravesend, Kent.
Goods only and Passenger/Goods hoists will be installed to service blocks ranging from 18m to 30m on the scheme consisting of 242 homes.
The project will see Brogan Group work with a new client on the Build to Rent scheme.
Residents will benefit from communal gardens, rooftop terraces and a multi-storey car park.
