Brogan Group have won the access package on a 27-storey apartment block in the centre of Cardiff for a new client.
A number of Brogan Twin Hoists will service the 81m tall building, which will be the second tallest building in the Welsh capital, containing 188 apartments.
The site just south of Cardiff Railway Station will also have a residents' gym, cafe and retail space and a roof garden.
