Sir Robert McAlpine has awarded Brogan Group the access package for the £100m-plus landmark Riverbank House project on the banks of the river Thames. Sir Robert McAlpine will undertake the construction of the office complex, close to the Monument area in the heart of London.
Demolition and enabling works on the site are already well underway and construction is due to start imminently.
The 10-storey building, spanning around 28,000 m², will feature nine floors devoted to office space, with the top floor housing the plant room. An underground car park will also be built.
The client for the scheme is Helical Bar, with Second London Wall, now part of the GVA Grimley group, as project manager. The design architect for the building is David Walker, with EPR as the executive architect.
Brogan Group are delighted to be working with Sir Robert McAlpine on this high profile project which is expected to take approximately two years to complete.
