We are pleased to announce that we have been awarded the third block at Leverton Gardens in Sheffield and work has now commenced on Gregory House, the third of the three tower blocks.
We have been awarded the access package by Alumet Systems while carrying out work on the first and 2nd tower block Keating and Wiggan House.
Twelve Calmac mastclimber machines have currently been erected for the refurbishment of window and rain screen clad on the facade of the tower block.
Like the other tower blocks Gregory house will remain occupied while work is being carried out so our main priority will be to minimise any inconvenience to the surrounding community while work is being carried out.
