Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access package for a significant mixed-use development in Wimbledon, London.
Brogan Group passenger goods hoists are being supplied throughout the construction phase, which will see the restoration and upgrade of an old pub to deliver 271 new student accommodation units alongside leisure and retail spaces. The development is scheduled for completion by mid-2026.
This redevelopment is supporting the University of the Arts London growing student population and will offer environmentally friendly features such as air source heat pumps and solar panels.
