Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a major student accommodation project in Tottenham, London.
Brogan hoists will provide access for the development, which will deliver 287 purpose-built student bedrooms through a combination of new-build construction and the restoration and upgrade of the existing former printworks building.
Designed with student wellbeing in mind, the development will provide a range of amenities while preserving the architectural character of the existing buildings, integrating them with the new development.
