Brogan Group continue work on major residential development in Dublin
We are continuing to provide scaffolding access at Clay Farm, a major residential development in Dublin 18. The development is adding around 2300 homes, as well as a park, secondary school, primary school, community centre and retail space to the south Dublin area. Phase 3 of Clay Farm's construction involves the build of nine brand new blocks providing 220 housing units to the area, including, one and two bed apartments.
We won this contract following our previous work at Clay Farm, supplying scaffolding for earlier phases of construction. The project is due for completion at the end of this year.
