Brogan Group Cops New Scotland Yard Access Package

Brogan Group have secured a hoist package for the mixed-use redevelopment of the site of the Metropolitan Police’s New Scotland Yard headquarters in London.

The scheme will see three existing buildings of 7, 9 and 21 storeys torn down to clear the way for six residential-led buildings ranging from 14 to 20 storeys.

The 1.7-acre Ten Broadway scheme, will include a retail pavilion of shops on the ground floor, three levels of offices, and 268 super prime residential apartments above.

The development also features a site-wide four-storey basement housing luxury health spas, a swimming pool, and car and cycle parks.

The Met, which moved into New Scotland Yard in 1967, is in the process of relocating to the Curtis Green building on Victoria Embankment in a £58m move expected to save more than £6m a year in running costs.
