This year, Brogan Group Head Office collected food and non-perishable items throughout December to give to New Zion Christian Fellowship, the only dedicated food bank in Welwyn Garden City.
With one in seven in the UK facing hunger, it is estimated more than 600,000 people will rely on food banks from over Christmas and into the New Year according to the The Trussell Trust Network.
New Zion Christian Fellowship started in the 1960’s and has created a local community that welcomes people each week supporting and providing emergency food reaching those who need it most in the Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield area.
