Brogan Group have been awarded the access package on a £49m co-living development in White City, London.
The 17-storey apartment block will create 209 co-living studio units will ee a number of Brogan passenger / goods hoists servicing the building up to 29m high.
Adjacent to the residential development an additional low-rise building, in partnership with the Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH), will create 60 affordable homes as well as a new head office for WPH.
