Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access project for a 166,000 sq. ft purpose-built research and development laboratory building in Cambridge.
Passenger / goods hoists will travel up to 22.6m high aiding in the creation of much needed turnkey private lab and office workspaces.
The sustainable development, designed for a BREEAM Outstanding rating, will also boast amenities such as cafes, outdoor spaces and a fitness centre.
