Brogan Group has secured a combined package of hoists and mast climbers for Block number 3, Capital Quarter, the new 7 storey landmark development in the heart of Cardiff City Centre’s Enterprise Zone. Our works have been secured off the back of successfully completing phase 1 and 2 of the project.
We are due to start work on site in June 2017 with anticipated completion Christmas 2017. Building number 3 will be 75,000 sq.ft. high specification and have floor plates from 4,715sq.ft. up to 13,475sq.ft.
Capital Quarter is an exciting 8 acre mixed use Cardiff City Centre development with outline planning for over 800,000 sq.ft. of development to include offices, hotels, student housing and education uses.
