Brogan Group are supplying access solutions for a new electric vehicle battery factory in Sunderland that will deliver 100,000 batteries annually, a six-fold increase in current UK production.
Our remit includes the supply and install of a large 5-tonne - 6.5 x 3.2 m twin Goods Hoist, to enable the fit-out inside the multi-levelled factory, which will be the size of 23 football pitches and support over 1,000 hi-tech jobs in the northeast of England.
Goods Hoists/Transport platforms are increasingly being used on Data Centres, Factories and Warehouses as they can enable the transportation of very heavy items typical in industrial buildings.
