Brogan Group secure hoist package for Baymans, Brentwood
Brogan Group have secured the hoist package on the new residential development, Baymans in Brentwood, Essex.
The development is on the site of the former Brentwood Blood Centre and will provide much-needed housing for the in-demand Hub town, with its traditional high street with independent shops, monthly farmers’ and craft markets and its proximity to the M25.
The Baymans development will be located off Crescent Drive comprising 4 multi-storey buildings on 3.7 acres of land. This will house 86 new 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, including 8 affordable units. Our passenger/goods hoists used there are designed to transport materials and labour to all floors across the 4 buildings.
