Brogan Group secure hoist package for new residential development, London
We have secured the hoist package for the new development in Stepney. This new estate will consist of 225 residential units within three urban blocks, varying in height from two to thirteen storeys, with basement parking and associated landscaping.
The development will create a mixture of private and affordable housing, ranging from one-bedroom flats through to five-bedroom family maisonettes.
We are providing a number of single Passenger/goods hoists on site to a maximum height of 39m.
