Brogan Group has secured the access package on Bristol riverside commercial development where we are providing Goods Hoists on a 14-storey office block.
The building on the banks of the Avon is the tallest of 3 commercial blocks that have been built in a wider development and will create around 8250 sqm of office space.
Brogan Hoists will firstly service the 49-metre height of the wedge-shaped block, followed by an internally erected Goods Hoist that will enable the fit-out.
An assortment of retail, restaurant and flexible units are being fitted at ground level and a new pedestrian connection will reinstate a historic route through the site.
