Brogan Group have won the access package for a new mixed-use residential development in North Acton, London that will deliver 374 new homes and 1,403 sqm of commercial floor space.
3 residential towers of 12, 16 and 25 storeys are being built on a site named in honour of the former Elizabeth Arden factory which sat on this site.
The 3 blocks will see a combination of Brogan single and twin passenger/goods hoists servicing heights from 50m up to 86m, with 24 Hoist landing positions on the largest of the 3 towers.
The build to rent houses are part of the wider transformation within North Acton, undergoing rapid transformation with thousands of new homes being delivered as well as significant transport improvements.
