Brogan Group has secured the hoist package for works on a new Residential development in Bracknell to the west of London.
The scheme entails the redevelopment of an old bus depot and office and will see the construction of two striking angular buildings containing 242 apartments and a range of shared luxury facilities, including a Garden Room, Fitness club and working space.
Passenger/goods hoists will be installed on the 24m (9 Storey) and 30m (11 Storey) buildings for access to the complex build.
Completion of the development is expected for Spring 2023.
