Brogan Group have recently secured the access package for a shopping centre and community hub in Greater Manchester.
Across the £500 million regeneration scheme Brogan hoists will be provided to aid in the transformation of the South Manchester town centre, targeting completion in 2027.
The regeneration scheme will deliver up to 2,000 new homes, a Culture Hub, food hall, commercial workspace, public square and extensive community and cultural facilities, transforming the town centre into a vibrant new destination.
