Brogan Group Hoists are enabling the renovation of a mixed-use development in Covent Garden, London, working with a new Client.
Passenger/goods Hoists will be installed to enable a 5,000 sq. ft extension, adding 2 residential storeys on to the heritage building, that started life as a warehouse in the 1930s.
Once complete the refurbishment and reconfiguration will bring the commercial space up to 10,000 Sq. ft.
