Brogan Group have won work with a new client on a Leeds residential development.
A combination of twin and single goods/passenger Hoists will service 100m building, that once complete will provide 399 one, two and three bed apartments.
The 31-storey building will bring a long-term vacant site close to the city centre back into use and contribute towards the additional housing requirement in Leeds.
