Brogan have secured Access works to a large Cardiff City centre commercial development.
Our newest project, where we are providing Mast Climbers and Hoists, is a new build of 109,000 sq ft Grade A commercial office space reaching 9 stories.
Mast Climbers will service the full perimeter and 40m height for the cladding works, joined by Goods/Passenger Hoists, on one of the biggest developments in Cardiff.
Once complete, the site, which also includes a terraced garden, will be able to accommodate 1,000 office workers, making it a new city centre space to work and connect, part of a series of new and exciting developments in the local area.
