Brogan Group have won a City of London Scaffolding and Hoist job.
The Grade II Listed office building is undergoing a complete refurbishment and Brogan Access solutions will enable the 7- storey building to be upgraded and extended, whilst protecting many of the original 1920s features.
An original checkerboard marble floor will be protected by bridged birdcage atrium Scaffold and a temporary roof.
External access to the site is provided by a gantry that bridges the street, enabling pedestrian access with the gantry also supporting a Brogan Hoist that will transport materials 25m up to enable the fitout.
