Brogan Group are installing a Common Tower and twin mast Colossus Hoists for the refurbishment and extension of a 350,000 sq. ft City of London office block.
A 2-storey extension on the existing north-west block, a reconfiguration of the atrium and the creation of a rooftop pavilion are amongst the changes to a project targeting net zero carbon in both construction and operation.
