External cladding to Alberta House, the £25 million East London affordable housing scheme, has advanced in recent weeks with our mastclimbers assisting the progress of works.
The development will provide 133 new residential units across three blocks, one of which reaches 25 storeys. The scheme also includes play areas for young people and toddlers, a community space and a retail unit at the base of the 25-storey tower block.
Since our contract began with the main contractor, we are continuing to provide scaffolding, twin and single passenger as well as goods hoists, plus mastclimbing platforms for the project.
