Brogan Group have started on a new Oxford Street commercial development providing a combined access package for the client.
The nine-storey building uses passive design and on-site renewables to ensure low energy use.
Brogan Group are providing both external and internal hoists for the 80,000 sq. ft building, including retail, office space and a basement nightclub.
Full scaffolding works will also be provided for the development which will have a state-of-the-art cycle centre and a top-floor landscaped terrace.
