Brogan Group has recently secured the combined access package for a mixed-use development comprising 3 blocks located in Silvertown, London.
The comprehensive package includes Mast Climbers for the full perimeter brickwork facade, alongside a large heavy-duty gantry for facade access and safe walkways.
Additionally, a number of single configured passenger and goods hoists will service the 5-storey blocks from ground level up to the roof.
Upon completion, each block will feature modern, affordable residential apartments alongside ground-floor commercial spaces.
This project forms part of the extensive Silvertown regeneration scheme, transforming the Royal Docks into a vibrant hub of commerce, culture and community.
