We have secured the combined access package for a new residential unit located in Canary Wharf, London.
Once completed ‘The Madison’, located on Marsh Wall will be a 53 storey landmark tower. It will include 423 residential apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units (104 of which are classed as affordable homes), a residents’ lounge, a gym, a spa, a pool area and business facilities.
It has been designed by Make Architects as a hexagonal glass clad tower. We will be providing the scaffolding, a number of hoists reaching a maximum height of 181m and a common tower also reaching a height of 181m.
