Brogan Group have been awarded a combined access package of scaffolding, mast climbers and hoists for a mixed-use development located on Caledonian Road, North London.
The scheme will see two existing office blocks demolished and replaced by a series of pastel-hued buildings up to 11 storeys.
A total of 252 1-2 residential units will be on offer, 102 of which will fall under affordable housing, as well as retail and office space.
