We have been awarded the access package by sub-contractor Wilo, manufacturers of pump systems for heating, cooling and air-conditioning, for works to the roof at 151 Buckingham Palace Road.
On the main roof structure, we are providing a series of lifting towers to allow movement of mechanical plant, in addition to loading platforms for the plant at various positions.
Adjacent to Victoria Station, 151 Buckingham Palace Road comprises of approximately 190,000 ft² (17,650 m²) grade A office space and ten retail units.
