We have recently been awarded the access package from BAM for the £170m project for one of London's most significant regeneration programme.
The Eastern Goods Yard project comprises of a new campus for Saint Martins College of Art and Design, part of the University of Arts (UAL).
Upon completion, the UAL development will consist of a four-storey new build, refurbishment of a grade II listed building and six-storey Granary Building.
The development will also consist of retail areas, leisure facilities offices and public spaces, with completion due for the summer of 2011.
