We have recently been awarded the access package for Elm Park Primary School in Essex.
The project involves demoltion of the existing building and the construction of a 2,270 m², two-storey, two form entry primary school offering 420 pupil places.
The school will be built using a concrete frame and sedum roof and will be completed later this year.
