Fresh Wharf, Barking
We are providing the hoist package to a residential development just off the North Circular in Barking. Our remit will include a number of 20/32 goods/passenger hoists which will be deployed across the entire site to service a number of buildings. The machines will reach a maximum height of 16 storeys and 50m throughout their deployment.
What was once an industrial site will be regenerated to create 950 new homes. Fresh Wharf will form part of a masterplan to build a community around a range of usable green spaces. It will include 1987 sqm of new retail space and 1616 sqm of new community space.
We secured the works from a relatively new client due to our reputation for providing a high standard of product and service.
Our works are due for completion in July 2020.
