Brogan Group have been awarded a large residential project in the London borough of Westminster.
The £29 million scheme will create 65 new affordable homes and will see powered access servicing the building externally.
The environmentally friendly scheme will offer a mix of PV panels, exhaust air pumps and provide large areas of green space. Works are due for completion towards the end of 2025.
