Brogan Group have been awarded the access package on a 350,000 sq. ft Southwark development that is turning 1950s printworks into offices, affordable workspace, roof terraces and new public realm.
Hoists will service new 15 and 10-storey buildings, with the 10-storey building combining a Common Tower with twin Hoists. Associated Scaffold will be erected to provide a one stop access solution.
Transport platforms will operate between the basement and ground floor on a site that is retaining part of the existing printworks and using off-site manufacturing techniques to create a low-carbon development, including part timber frame structure.
