One of our newest contracts is Cannon Street Station with a remit that includes providing access for a major new build mix development, set to replace the 1960’s buildings situated above the station.
The building will be a stylish mixed use development in the heart of the financial district. Main Contractor, Laing O’Rourke has scheduled the completion of the development for 2010.
The development will also include a major renovation and modernisation of the London Underground ticket hall at Cannon Street station, leading to a new step-free entrance at the corner of Cannon Street and Dowgate Hill.
