We are pleased to announce that we have secured the Mast climber and hoist access package on the Vita Manchester Project, Plot C1, 1st street. Works include Mast climbers in 8 positions and a 2 ton passenger/ goods hoist.
The scheme comprises demolition of onsite structures and construction of an 11 storey class C1 hotel with parapet level to screen plant , shop, and restaurant and cafe.
We look forward to starting on site with completion scheduled for March 2015.
