Brogan Group have been awarded a mixed-use development in north - west London.
A number of internal and external hoists will service the building up to 24.1m high aiding in the creation of 95 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments which will be based above a double storey basement car park and a large supermarket. Amenities such as, workspaces, a cinema room and a community courtyard will be on offer for all residents.
The interior of the new apartments will draw inspiration from the former Irish Dance Hall, which closed in 2008 after providing 56 years of dancing and entertainment to the local area.
