The front cover of the 2008 NASC Yearbook features a photograph of the impressive Brogan Group scaffold structure for Carillion at Project Hal. This is the largest of three facilities being built by Carillion for News International.
The photograph was chosen by NASC because of the detail and complexity of the works highlighted in the photograph.
