Brogan Group have won the access provision for a net zero carbon development in Southwark, London that will provide just under 150,000 sq. ft of office, work, and retail space.
Brogan will be providing a number of Goods/Passenger Hoists (twin configured) to service the 12-storeys with green roofing, alongside Basement Hoists to service to level 1.
The net-zero site, both embodied and in operation, will use low-carbon concrete and a high-performance, largely prefabricated, façade.
